Everyone talks about pain in their life. It could be a terrible nightmare they dream of, or a reality they had been through called Trauma. Trauma is a common term used, the pain differs from minor to major events. Terrible and terrifying pictures paying a visit to the fragile mind without a cause and rewind of vivid old pictures like a video tape. You wish not to be, but it keeps daunting on you. You put everything aside. You think you failed when recollections overflow. Bear in mind, it is not failure but a healing process that many fail to see.
Only a strong emotional intelligence takes you to a longer route, a right path making you someone wiser instead struggling in indulgence of pain. No one is perfect, everyone falls and encounter failures. Failures do not mark the end of the world. The earth remains spinning on its own, revolving around the sun to make us feel the warmth.
We make changes to life.
What is the point of having pain written all over the face?
You feel the pain and you have got nothing to lose further. Pain invasion makes you fearless and bulletproof. You are riccochet and stronger than titanium. Display of weaknessess gains momentarily sympathy. Sympathy is not a permanent cure. It functions similarly as Paracetemol that ease your pain for only a time being.
Why the choice of Anaesthetics when you can be permanently cured?
Why should you give up?
Think about ...
People who are stricken with terminal diseases struggling to keep their life going.
People who are born with disability fighting hard for their dreams and goals.
People who are born unfortunate determine to leap as far as the fortunate ones.
Emotional pain can never be comparable to their bravery.
Everyone yearns for love ♥
Don't you deny it...
So why should one let go of love and happiness that are lying tight in hands?
Giving up is a nothing but AN ACT OF A COWARD.
Everyone cries. No matter how hard you try to conceal, deep within, you know that you cried. Tears are precious and priceless. It represents flesh and blood. We were born with the rights to cry. It's a special gift from god. Even then toughest breakdown at times.
Remember, the pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow. Pain makes you stronger. Tears makes you braver. Heartbreak makes you wiser. Show your gratitude of the past for a better future. Be grateful and thankful. Breakdowns create breakthroughs, good things fall apart so that better things can fall together.
Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.
By Haruki Murakami
Numbing the pain for a while will make it worse when you finally feel it.

No one should ever feel loneliness.
Everyone has friends. The circles of friends may varies, even so, we are not living alone in this world surrounded with great population of people. You make a friend when you put in your heart and soul. The trust strengthen the bond. We might doubt people as we grow, as we age. As we move on, we learn wiser and see better. We make wise choices of trustworthy friends. We learn differentiation for a clearer picture. It's the fate that brought us together, a fate that you can never escape from.
Concealing of pain leads to portrayal of a strong person. But... everyone has this fragile part of heart lying within. The ruthless weapon can easily pierce through it as easy as ABC. It bleeds, and we cannot see. We feel it the pain.
We may not be able to give the pain an instant cure but we can relieve part of the pain by sharing.
Let's say...
You are feeling unwell and you visit a doctor. You need to share your symtoms so that your doctor is able to diagnose your illness. Then, the doctor prescribe you with the right medication to your illness. With the right medication administered, you will be pink in health in no time.
This logic applies to all.
Physical and mental pain are of equivalent torment. Sharing gives you a speedy recovery. Have trust and faith in people around you. They make and build your life beautiful.
You can never know without trying.
Try and fail, but never fail to try.
♥ Grab the happiness before your eyes while you can before it goes away without bidding a sweet goodbye ♥
It's always too late to have regrets...
It's always too late to have regrets...
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty...
The pain is similar to biting your tongue. It is hard to see "pain" as something postive. That applies the same for having a blister on your big toe. Who needs a throbbing foot?
It sounded negative, isn't it?
It is almost impossible to convert the negativity to positivity. But... try... at least...
Build a miracle with your own hands and not wait for it to fall from sky.
But what if you felt no pain?
How often would you bit off bits of your tongue or burn your backside in the bath?
Physical pain is marvellous alarm system that prevents further damage.
It acted as a reminder telling us : "You'd better change what you're doing!"
Emotional pain gives us a similar message : "You'd better change how you're thinking!"
It's normal to get angry or jealous or abit resentful temoparily. But if those feelings become permanent, the message may be...
"Don't expect to control the other people."
"Don't expect other people to behave like you."
"Don't depend on the other to make you happy!"
While keeping the same thoughts, we keep feeling the same pain.
(And then we say "But I'm right!" Unfortunately being "right" doesn't help!)
A blister on your foot is a message to change your shoes.
With emotional pain - which feels like a blister on the brain - the message is usually to change your thinking.
With both physical and emotional pain, when we keep doing the same thing, it keeps hurting!

I can
almost see it. That dream I'm dreaming, but
There's
a voice inside my head saying you'll never reach it.
Every
step I'm takin', every move I make.
Feels
lost with no direction, my faith is shakin'.
But I, I
gotta keep tryin'. Gotta keep my head held high.
There's
always gonna be another mountain. I'm always gonna wanna make it move.
Always
gonna be an uphill battle. Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose.
Ain't
about how fast I get there. Ain't about what's waitin' on the other side.
It's the
climb
The
struggles I'm facing, the chances I'm taking.
Sometimes
might knock me down, but no I'm not breaking.
I may
not know it, but these are the moments that I'm gonna remember most, yeah.
Just
gotta keep goin', And I, I gotta be strong
Just
keep pushing on, 'cause
There's
always gonna be another mountain. I'm always gonna wanna make it move.
Always
gonna be an uphill battle. Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose.
Ain't
about how fast I get there. Ain't about what's waitin' on the other side.
It's the
climb
There's
always gonna be another mountain. I'm always gonna wanna make it move.
Always
gonna be an uphill battle. Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose.
Ain't
about how fast I get there. Ain't about what's waitin' on the other side.
It's the
climb
Yeah,
yeah
Keep on
movin', Keep climbin', Keep the faith baby
It's all
about, it's all about the climb
Keep the
faith, keep your faith, whoa
I was deeply inspired to blog about this entry. I hope you might be able to absorb some values of life after reading. Life should be treasured and not wasted. We should not stay put at the same position just because of our fear. We show our fear "Who's the boss?". We overwrite with our willpower and determination. We try hard in search of our own happiness. Remember, happiness does not approach us. We look for it and seize with all our might. That makes us a happy man.
Look beyond the imperfections to know who hides behind.
Look beyond the boundaries to know what changes darkness into light.
Look beyond the clouds and stars to know what causes tree to bud.
Take a deep breath, pluck up your courage and look for the beauty within.
You will finally see the truth of happiness...
Learn to feel and feel the love ♥
Email me if you have a story to share with me. I am keen to know more.
With loves,
