Burn calories burn

4th May 2013
Laughing is the best calorie burner that makes you happy.

We woke up early and headed off to the floating market. I hadn't been there despite this is my 3rd or 4th trip to Bangkok. My trip had been previously affected by floods leading to reluctant cancellation. Furthermore, it was out of the place. We hired a cab for the day.

There was nothing much to see and do at floating market. You can probably take a look at the lifestyle of living above water. The water was really dirty and muddy. You can see local selling food in their boat and people showering in the water. I'm not sure if the water is safe for consumption.

#Coconut sugar

We stopped over to take a look at manufacturing of coconut sugar and products. It's like a mini-factory and they did the packaging all by themselves.

#Shops

You will be able to see shops selling souvenirs over the entire stretch of the river. The boat will stop over from time to time.

We didn't expect the food to be good since it was floating market. Well, the food turn out to be really good and cheap. Anyway, bf had it all. I'll save my space for something else for the night. Just in case, tummy ache attacks. He has a better immunity, so it's safer for him. Oh well, oh well.

#Buffet dinner

We had our dinner at Baiyoke Sky Hotel. It was the tallest building in Bangkok. It goes up to 83 storey with an open air rooftop. The meal was great accept the strong winds. Hell no, the wind was like tornado blowing hard and strong. My hair was in haywire until I tied them up. It did aid a little but my fringe open up like curtain. The view was awesome but I have to be honest, the wind is too strong. Pretty ladies, you might not want to stay there for long if you wanna look good in pictures.

#Pratunam market

It used to be a daily market with daytime selling clothes and merchandise. It converts into food street after 5pm. I had not been there for years and everything changes. The food street seems to be missing. Awww, I miss the stall selling cheap and nice wonton mee.

We walked around before heading back to our hotel for a good rest.

Have a nice day.

Beard grows long

16th June 2013
Its another day for you. god picked another petals on your flower, wishing your flowers may bloom for year.

It was my darling birthday celebration. We didn't make big plans but having a simple yet sweet dinner with her. Well, big plans should be done by her hubby definitely. I believe no matter what her hubby does, my darling will never fail to appreciate. I had no idea what my darling wished for but I have wishes and expectations on her every single year. She was dying to close down her factory while I'm reciting within saying , "reopen pls, reopen pls..." Hopefully my darling will be having another baby boy soon. Mmmm, I guessed her blood pressure must be shooting high-high-high up after reading my post. It's alright. She won't be able to reach me that easily because Serangoon is far far away. Muahahahahahaha! ( I think I'll be dead soon. Sense it coming.)

Happy Birthday Darling. I hope you had a great time this year. Children and work are equivalent to stress, still, never fail to enjoy yourself in everything you do. Have passion and faith always. You still have us even if the sky is falling down. We are your permanent properties without expiry date. Last but not least, a baby boy please. Hugs hugs. Love you forever till you grow old and beard grows long. MUACKS!!!

Love you,
Pzy

A Delicate World

15th June 2013
You live like this, sheltered, in a delicate world, and you believe you are living.

It was a fine late morning heading to JB with Wan Lin and Min Wee. They were super energetic despite a exhausting night at Mayday's concert. I was over the moon when they texted about meeting at a later timing. We took a bus from Junction 10 and realised there was a heavy human jam at the checkpoint. The queue was mad long, from one end to another. We were desperate and we could not afford to lose our time. Yea, we cut the queue in the end. Worse, we cut the queue before their eyes and pretended nothing happen. Credits to Qian, our master of masters. She was the one who taught us how to join the queue like-a-boss.

We had our lunch at a Japanese restaurant and off I went for my mani and pedicure session. I was mad desperate to get my nails done. It's been 3 months and they were cracking like bits and pieces. I seriously dislike the ugly coating on my nails. I nearly fell asleep while doing my nails. Good gracious. Met up with them after my nails was done. Apparently, they had a shopping spree for shoes.

#At Doraemon Fair

Yep, I never really like Hello Kitty because of it's colour, pink. Y'know, pink pink pink makes my eyes go green green green. Oh well, I  like Doraemon though. Wanlin suggested heading to the Doraemon Fair at Citysq. Min Wee and Wanlin were so bad. They suggested taking photo of me with Doraemon, tagging bf in FB so that he would buy it for me. Yes, I did!!! Praying hard that I'll be getting it.

#Dinner @ Taiwan Restaurant

Dinner turned out good and cheap. We initially thought that the portion wasn't enough for the 2 of us. It was more than enough and Min Wee couldn't even finish the pork cutlet despite eating non-stop. I managed to saved space for my dessert.

#Min Wee, me, Wanlin

We went to buy goodies snacks before heading back to Singapore. Min Wee was dozing off on the bus. Her battery died when she became quieter. Rolling on the floor laughing.

Good day,
Pzy
