Be content

I'm always contented with what I've got. I was red with anger, filled to the brim with loads of unhappiness when I read a comment in my facebook. It's about guys who are displease about their sufferings in NS while we girls, don't.

Everything is fair in the world. We should be contented and not to make unnecessary complains. It's true that we, girls don't serve NS. Some even claim that we should serve nursing as National Service. I don't agree with this.

Girls have monthly periods. It's not any easy moment either. We experience moodswings and discomfort for days. Some might even experience abdomen pain and insomnia due to the inconsistency of bloating.

We have to bear children in the future. It's a kind of pain and struggles that we have to go through. If we are going through caeserean, there will be a permanent scar that gonna look ugly on our body. Natural birth can be very painful even if the wounds heal faster. Our tummy will be covered with unwanted stretch marks. By then, you gonna start to think if your the other half is going to mind about it.

It's a great amount of stress we are going through.

And worst, a basket (a male) said that giving birth is optional. Well, he better not have any kids in future. Because he's not gonna treasure if it turns out to be daughter. Such a person has no rights to have one especially when he don't even understand girls. I'm so disgusted by his comments without indepth thoughts and consideration. Apparently, this person talks without using his brain and fail to put themselves in other shoes.

I just want to conclude that, the god is fair whether you are a buddhism, taoism or christian, so be it. Life is like a cycle, we have to go through different life in the body of a man and a woman. You should never compare and just be contented with what you have.

Happiness in hand

I had been in a good mood despite blogging lesser lately. My interest drifted from one point to another. As I moved on, I discover the change of life. Difference humanity and status. Different upbringing that brings about different culture. Carefree lifestyle that brings about positivity. In this world, there ain't many who can think optimistic at all times. We made mistakes as we go. No one's perfect unless you are not a human. Humans all aim to be perfectionist, but how many succeeded?

Nevertherless, you might soar high, but deep within, are you a happy person?

Being happy means much more than status and power. If you had the passion in what you are doing, you will be happy. Rather than you aim further but it ain't gonna bring you happiness.

How much are you willing to sacrifice?

As for me, I want nothing except happiness. I never yearned for a rich and weathy lifestyle because I know that it's a desire but not a want. Happiness is what I want, something I could hold in my hand and gives me the courage to move on.

Take a step at your pace, follow your heart and stand by your thoughts. Just remember not to fret even if you make a mistake because mistakes are the once that create us. We learn as we wrong. Fear not.

The night falls in as everyone were tired afterwork. Without fail, we met up to have a small birthday celebration for Min Wee. Well, nothing is fair in the world. We worked from dawn to dusk, without changing, we stormed our way to ION like a bullet train. Meanwhile, Hy had a nice shower at home before heading to town.

Before everything got started off, Min Wee bought a new pair of shoes. I was tempted to buy one but Ss was reluctant to carry it home for me. I couldn't carry it home on my own as I had night activities at a later timing. I would look weird and funny to carry a shoe box around yeah.

We wanted to dine at Paradise Dynasty @ Ion Orchard. Unfortunately, it was a crazy long queue. Our heart sank to the bottom on hearing it's gonna be a 40 minutes wait. We attempted our try at Watami, and it was exactly the same situation. With a lucky charm, we managed to get our seatings due to big group.

Stay pretty, cute and adorable at all time till the day we grow old and die.

I love her to the max because we had the same interest. We both aim to shake off the flabby layers around us. It's a tough mission but well, we got to try before gravity force it way down and it gonna look real ugly and horrifying.





Apparently, everyone had decision making problem. Being a busybody (like usual), I settled it for them. Anyway, the service kinda sux. They did not really serve us. I was told that they gave us a table of 6 when we got 8. It's ridiculous huh. Well, at least I thought that way.


Hy exposed me while I talked to the waiter. She claimed that I talked to him because he's cute. Well, how rude? Haha. In a way, she's right. The cutest waiter I guess and I got him to take group pictures for us. Nah, I'm just joking. I'm not that desperate. It's just that he looks really kind and friendly. I got to source for someone nice to take a picture for us. If you want good picture, you need a good photographer. Yeah.

Then everyone walked me to Far East Shopping Centre so that I could meet Mw for late night activities. So nice of them.

Absence and presence

Everything used to sail smoothly on the sea until one day...

You realised nothing is beautiful when love has faded. When love is gone, it aint gonna return just because you decided to scroll back like a video tape. Every occurences take two hands to clap. Once a party had chosen not the compromise, it's as good as marking the end of the story.

A real love story never has a happy ending, because it never ends.
A real story without love has an ending, because love is no longer present.

Colourful illusion

Life's like an illusion.

There might be times when you thought you got the world in your hand. It might not be entirely true when you take a proper look around you. Humans are contradicting. They tend to think left when they got things right. We are always asking for an extra inch instead of treasuring what we've got. You might own a piece of shining crystal yet you yearn for a piece of gem. We are just being greedy, it's never wrong to be greedy. It's just a platform getting you to elsewhere, somewhere you wish and might want to be. We always want to have the best without realising how fortunate we are.

What are dreams for?

It is a form of energy to boost confidence. We fight for dreams and excel. We succeed and make it big simply tell us that it's all worth it. There ain't many who are willing to risk it all out. Some are born fortunate, with supports from all areas. For the less fortunate, they just got to  work doubly hard. It's not sad to work doubly hard. In fact, we should be proud about working doubly hard. It might have been a longer route, but it just tell us there's no free dinner in the world. We should never give up life just because we are less fortunate. Never fail to remind yourself, we are not the only unfortunates in the world. If the others can fight their way out, so can we.

We need not depend on others. We depend on ourselves. Never pity yourself because you gonna be pitier if you did. No matter what kind of hardship we are encountering, we just have to brave up our courage to face them all. There's up and down in life, you just gonna deal with it. Be proud, be brave, be strong.

The thoughts that count

Cast the gift of a loving thought.

Met Teng, Jw, Yk and Ss in town. Due to some special situation, Ss sponsored cab fare to Cineleisure. Somehow, somewhat in a way, I'm tricked there. Mmm, some special matchmaking session going on. I ended up being the brightest ever light bulb. I felt so wronged. I was stucked in the middle throughout the entire movie. Credit to Teng for not informing me before hand.

I tried to escape, but Ss wished to tag along. I successfully escaped and turned back eventually to pick her up. Sigh, I had no idea if I'm in the right or wrong. Anyway, I'm sure I did the right thing.

The energizer

A single soul dwelling in two.

We were all amazing creatures. Despite the first day of CNY, we made a last minute decision to club. In fact, it was a random question. Berlin was really cool, she managed to find out the entire list of charges and opening hours for different clubs. I shouldn't have waste my time getting Mw to google on it. Epic fail.

We went to Powerhouse but we ended the day rather early. Apparently, the DJ was not in the right mind. He kept repeating the same old songs. Party Rock Anthem repeated 5 times. No wonder my darling was bored out.

We had pratas for supper before heading home.
