O good day

I've been in a really good mood, even if it's till today. I sleep soundly and peacefully in a night and probably even snore. There was a period of time when I had difficulty falling asleep. Last night, I fell into deep sleep by simply shutting my eyes gently. No dream awaits me out there. I slept through like a piece of log.

I don't have to fret about anything in life. I work hard and strive for the best. I earn every single penny with my capability. I can afford what I want. I have many dearest girlfriends and a bunch of good friends. In fact, I have an awesome life.

It's never about the appearance you have, the properties you own, the wealth you're born with, the clothes you put on, the education you score.

It's all about the heart and sincerity, the thoughts and kindness.

Not a time, nor a season, but a state of mind

 

Huuuuuuuuuuu... I should really cry because I am still writing about stuffs from last year. I'll make it, short, sweet and simple. Jhi Han and Jacky sent the girls home. Got my bro to run some errands since he gonna be driving out. Eug and Jacky seriously took their own sweet time to come back. By the time they were back, we were all running out of energy.

Edmund got me to take a photo of it because we hardly find alcohol with golden flakes. Oh gosh, it's gonna be cancerous. Hopefully not. Bran was dying to go home, but darling took his phone. Awesome move though.

Edmund is our full time bartender. Haha, looked professional yet the drinks tasted so bad. Well, I mean used to taste horrible. He improved tremendously lately. He makes perfect drinks catering to our non-alcohol content needs. We were so loud the entire night that our neighbour came over to warn us about our noise level. We tried to keep our voice down but they were never satisfied with our effort. Not really, we were still noisy like bees. All I can say is, his misfortune. Oops.

Early morning, the neighbour stucked his head out of his door and stared at darling and I sternly. He asked us if we stayed next door to him. To avoid trouble, I told him that we were there to visit friends only. I even claimed to stay in another room that was really a distance from his. Cold sweat broke out instantly. Thank god, I was smart enough to lie. My nose gonna touch the sky real soon. There we went, scampering away as fast as lightning.

After checking-out, we went to Ajisen to have our lunch. Then I heard something that went "Chk chk chk chk". I thought I was overly paranoid about crawling insects. Then I caught a glimpse of my darling vibrating by herself. Ok, sounds wrong. Let me rephrase it in a better way. Oh well, trembling/shaking on her chair. Sounds wrong still, heck care. I turned to my right and saw her scratching her underfoot with a pair of wooden chopsticks. She was complaining about her hives and she had to scratch herself badly. After payment, she got Javen to take a brand new pair of chopsticks for her. She continued to scratch in the car. How unsightly! I called it classic. Hahaha, I got everything captured in my camera.

The first tear

2nd February 2013

A true friend sees the first tear, catches the second, and stops the third.

 

I had steamboat with my girls in the evening. We had vegetarian steamboat. They had this tom yum flavour which was really delicious. The food was great except the room was too warm. Qian was so thirsty that she made Ribena for everyone. We brought the kids to the playground after dinner. They seemed to enjoy themselves tremendously. I do love kids but I dislike their mess. There's a difference if you had realised.

We went to Qian's place, took a shower and did some art and craft for the ladies. It was absolutely fun. I was busy colouring Qian's eyes. Xuan was the best hairstylist of the day. She can do different types of plaits. She's really cool.

Vivian was awesome that night. She was busy with her stuffs and she took a cab over to join us even though she left early that night. Darren was complaining about the amplifier the entire night. Oh yea, you gotta be surprised by Qian. She danced. I knew exactly what to give her to make her dance. Oops.

The way I see it, you should live everyday like it's your birthday.

 

It's my godbrother, Jacky's birthday. We had a nice dinner a Bugis Plus. Mmm, nice dinner for some only. Not all dishes were delicious afterall. Frankly speaking, I don't really like that place. The birthday boy had the biggest say definitely.

Before the dinner, I met Eugene at town area and bought a T-shirt for Jacky. Well, polo tee actually. I wasn't the one who chose it. Any liabilities, please go to Eugene. Slacked at Coffee Bean with Qian, Eugene and Bran. Berlin dropped by for a short while only before we made our way to Bugis Plus.

They were having dinner when I went off with Eug to buy a cake for Jacky's. I bought a chocolate cake, universal flavour afterall. We went back to the restaurant and had a hard time communicating with the staff about serving the cake like a surprise. Whew.

Money is not everything

Happier than before

I was in a great mood lately. It was totally surprising because I hadn't been laughing and smiling alot for the past few months. Well, I did probably but not as crazy as before. I really missed those time when I could easily laugh it all out even when I was covered in a pool of shit. Obviously, I'm not talking about the real shit but the shittiest problems ever. The trip to Kuala Lumpur was really classic. Our bus drove off without us and I managed to keep cool. I even made jokes and laughed like a crazy bitch on another coach when everyone was dull and moody.

 

Even Javen and Eugene told me that I was really happy. Apparenty, they were caught in bewilderment wondering why and so. That's a good question. I'm not really bothered by the reason I'm smiling. I'm glad that I'm smiling. Happier than before. Awesome, isn't it?

Good pitchers

Good pitchers, after a tough outing, bounce back. Real good pitchers don't let too many poor games get in there.

 

It's a shortgetaway to Johor Bahru. Poor me, felt like a local because I had been visiting the same old place for numerous time. We had steamboat for lunch at Citysquare. Fortunately, there was no traffic congestion. Smooth journey indeed. I can't remember much of the details.

We bought bubble tea before heading to KSL. Great, it was my x time to Kbox. Apparently, the staff was out to cheat my hard earned money telling me that they were left with the biggest room only. It's all bullshit. I saw many empty rooms along the way.

We were all tired and worn-out after a day. Oh ya, Carl had a haircut. It's just some randomness that I would like to pin point it out. Javen looked like our dad in this photo. We took a cab back to the checkpoint. It was epic max because I nearly had a tiff with the cab driver. Nah, it wasn't my fault. He simply could not take jokes. We were mentally prepared to be caught in a heavy traffic jam. Fortunately, we were all just being too paranoid. Smooth journey way home.

Mad crazy

I'm feeling feverish with blocked nose. I hate breathing through my mouth. It reminds me of fish even though we all know that fish breathes through gills. I feel weird lately. I am in a very good mood despite encountering nonsensical problems. In fact, I suspect that I am mad because I have been laughing alot lately. Maybe there are things that I shouldn't laugh about, but I picture the scenarios into jokes and laugh it off.

 

I used to cry in silence with my pillow and the culture ended abruptly. Tears trickled down my cheeks and I was laughing away the next seconds.

It's been long while since I had a great laugh. Somehow, it seems so wrong because I'm laughing about everything even if it's not funny at all. Anyway, I'm feeling happy despite the pain and illnesses. I just concluded that I am MAD CRAZY. Laugh out loud.

I was back from Msia on Sunday night. The bus went off without us and we brought my darling to the hospital immediately after we reached Singapore. None of the scenario was within our expectation. We were caught in bewilderment. I had an entire day off on Monday because I was really tired. Now, I am running a high fever. Sigh, I better self medicate before my condition worsen. My breathing is forever giving me problems. Sad die me.

 

My darling suffered food poisoning since the first day of the trip. Hopefully, she will get well soon. Hugs.

True, I was rather disappointed when I came to realise what happened. In fact, I was sad because you weren't the one telling me about it. I'd be happier if you had told me right from the start. You are my girlfriend, you don't have to worry about me having bad impression of you. Friendship and relationship are different. I am not bothered about by the way you handle it at all. I only judge based on how you treat me. You treated me fairly and kind all along.

Surprise of the day

Slow down once in a while and appreciates moments in life.

 

Then I realised, I had been blogging about rubbish for quite a while. Not entirely rubbish, but posting music videos and redundat stuffs. Oh no, my posts are forever 2 months behind time. My desktop was so-flooded with picture folders.

 

Headed to JB with my girls for Huiyee's bday celebration. It was meant to be a celebration but it turned out to be a casual outing. Fortunately, there was no jam otherwise we could have suffered throughout.
