A breezy occasion

Gently breezes into your life, all the choicest of things.

 

We wanted to visit Sea Aquarium initially. Well, that was a really last minute decision before we were reminded of the terrible long queue. As for the birthday girl, she's probably fairer than Snow White. Upon realisation about queuing under the scorching hot sun for hours made her surrender immediately. We played Kinect that day instead.

Our thighs sored badly that day because we were both hopping crazily for the 2 hours. Credit to Min Wee for the awesome suggestion of adventurous games.

#Ma Maison

 

We had our dinner at Ma Maison upon Wan Lin's request. Poor Qian, she doesn't love pork. She could have settled for prawns or oyster, but she did the vice versa. She opted for pork in exchange for Min Wee prawn. That defeated the purpose. Poor Min Wee ended up with a tummy full of pork. Hope she had a smooth digestion that night.

#Antoinette

 

We had dessert at Antoinette. Wan Lin always wanted to try out the dessert. So do I. I always wanted to because of the awesome online review. It was really hard for us to have gotten her a small Tiramisu. We were queuing at Ma Maison when Qian and I went to preorder the cake for surprise. Unfortunately, only 2 cakes were left on the shelf and it was only 7 pm at then. #Facepalm

 

We had no choice but to pick one for later celebration.

 

#With Bday girl

 

The cake was really nice. Unfortunately the air-con was strong. Strong is not the exact word for description. I felt like winter. Yes, yes, winter. Even the staffs could no longer bear with the cold, all hiding at the front desk.

#Min Wee, Qian, Wan Lin, Me

 

Yi Bien and her sister did join the gathering. Well, Yb went to fetch her sister elsewhere while we went ahead with the cut cake ceremony due to the early closing of the restaurant.

It was a successful but sweet celebration. Cake was serve upon arrival without the extra mile to notify staff, giving away our plan.

 

Happy Birthday Wan Lin, best wishes to you. May you excel in your studies and find your Mr Right someday. Stay pretty and cheerful with your kind little heart. Muacks.

 

That's about it. "Excel" sounds like a teacher's word though. Oh well oh well, have a nice day peeps.
