Strode and stride

What a great and beautiful morning! I always love breakfast yet not the sensation of waking up early. It's really a tedious job to get my lazy bones out of bed. I always feel as if I'm glue to the bed and the cozy feel of snuggling underneath my thick quilt with soft toys can be awesome.

To be honest, my sleeping look can be kind of ugly. There were times, I stucked my butt and legs high up against the wall and slept through in a 90 degree angle. Sometimes, I fell off my bed with no feeling till the next morning. I'll then be wondering, why is my bed so icy cold.

Bf came to fetched me in the morning, and off we go to Rider's Cafe. I've read blogs critique about this restaurant, and it seemed so fantastic that I just wanna try it out. Here, my dream came true. Awwww.....

Well, it's not that difficult to navigate there in a car. I'm sure I'll die on the spot if you gonna ask me to walk. It's like a crazy distance and the road is a little rocky. Morning walk should be fine but not afternoon walk.

Ohhh hoooo!!!

Here I am, with a growling tummy.

It gonna be really nice if you get a balcony outdoor seat. If you are lucky, you might see cute horses and pony strode by.

The ambience was really great. It's definitely a great place to chill out with friend. Long chat session is never a problem as the seating is really comfortable. You might wish to stay longer than usual.

I forgotten what bf had ordered. As for me, I ordered "The Usual".

Oh my gosh... My pimple...

Oh I read comments that some of you are interested in my friend and my so called unedited or without makeup photo. Unfortunately, I have none of these pictures of my friend. Mmm, the only time I get to see her without make up was only during home visit. Even if I have, I'm not gonna post it either. I'm not that sadistic.

If you wanna see hers, tell her on your own.

Sometimes, I do wonder what's wrong with you guys, does it really matter with or without makeup?

Tsk tsk - sigh.

Anyway, I had no makeup on for this post. Yah, and I know it's a little shag. Hey hey, it's morning and my dark circles just wanna say hi to everybody.

I know I don't look that good without makeup on. 98% of the time, I look like this (below). I never really like to put on makeup. I'm usually face-naked when I'm with my bf. Apparently, he's not frightened away by me. I always try my best to let my face remain naked. It's very important for skin to breathe.

Water is essential to let your skin stay moisturize at all times.

Oopsie poopsie, I got a big pimple on my face.

I'm kind of irritated by it's (pimple) appearance on my face. It's like a mole or lump of flesh right in the middle of nowhere. Dampen my mood. As I said, no make up, therefore it's very obvious there. See, I do have skin problem too. Anyway, I'll just pray hard for it to disappear.

What a healthy pinkish drink!!!

They blended all kinds of berries, banana, kiwi etc together. It's very sweet but natural with no sugar.

It's not my drink, I detest pink and purple. Haha.

I love only MOCHA solely.

Chocolate merges well with coffee. Imma mocha lover.

OH MY GOSH!!!

It's super delicious. Awesome to the max.

The eggs were properly done unlike the messy ones. Fresh mushroom brings amazing sparks with smoked bacon. The bacon is salted, therefore eat it with your toasted bread, it's definitely mama-mia.

I'll definitely go back for more.

Bf wanted to bring me for prata followed by shopping at Courts @ Bukit Timah. Unfortunately, the Courts @ Bukit Timah had closed down with effect from ???. The prices had be slashed like crazy. I would have force Tard there if I know there's a clearance sale going on. Prices were slashed from 2k to 1.2k. Isn't it crazy?

I LOVE SALES.

I wanted to buy a handheld vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, Lot 1 Courts outlet went out of stocks. I ended up buying myself a Mickey ballpoint pen. I'm such a silly. Bf pity me and brought me to Bpp to get my stuffs. Yay, everything cleared.

I got everything I need and want.

Woo hoo ~ Life's mad happy.

Pink in health

Life's getting worse every single day. The hole in my pocket never fail to expand. It's like a lifetime motto of mine. Money falls nowhere, you neither see it nor feel it. Every month end, I would sat at a corner and start to ponder to myself where my money have been to. I thought for seconds and came to a conclusion of nothing.

How pathetic isn't it?

Sooner or later, I definitely start drawing circles and painting myself blue. GST increase to 10% with immediate effect. It's like some earth shakening news to me. Imma shopper, I doubt it gonna be a good news to me. 10% is alot for godsake. Even though we were treated with GST refund, where everyone would be getting 200 bucks ( I guess so). I seriously don't see a point to it when I'm paying almost a thousand plus of GST at the end of the year.

It's as good as redundant.

Imma be back pink in health soon.

I suffered serious flu with never ending flow of mucus. It stopped finally.

Strictly pancakes

I am crowing like a rooster almost every single morning. Y' know, waking up early can be way too tedious for me. Anyway, I'm meeting Tard in the afternoon. I made booking at Scape Kbox from 2pm till 5pm. They are having promotions at the time being. It cost us only $6nett.

Anyway, we reached too early and ended up waiting at lvl 1 public chair. We sat for quite sometime and ended up chit chatting over 'high tea' where there's no tea available.

Anyway, the room for 2 was rather crampy. I should say cubicle size of 2. Wow, sounds like toilet. It's about there, I guess. We were rather amazed by their fast-food payment method. Instead of calling for bill at the end of singing session, we paid in advance. Furthermore, we were given paper cups with cover. It's so MacD.

We had Aston for lunch, and it's super late lunch.

I'm glad we were there early. Right after we sat down, the queue came streaming in non-stop. Poor us, were placed in between some 'crowd'. We were sat in 'gathering" method. 2 straight with rows that look similar to primary school canteen.

Each time we giggle and gaggle, people seating by the side would turn to look at us.

Being awful and emo-ing blue, we changed our seats.

As usual, we had rounds of pools before heading for Strictly Pancakes.

Oh ya, it's just right opposite Paradiz Centre. It's consider rather accessible. You can either run across the busy bumble bee road or take the overhead bridge to live longer.

Apparently, we prefered short live.

Here we run...

We got a sofa seating eventually.

Even so, it's warm like hell in there. Probably due to yellow lighting. Y' know, yellow lighting can be rather warm. We had chocolate pancakes with ice-cream and strawberries.

We were too full to finish it. Oh man....

Wasted.

Should have eat lesser for lunch.

Home sweet home.

All of a sudden, I just seemed to catch a cold.

From where?

NOWHERE.

Tard couldn't find an explaination to it either. Right after my meal at Aston, I started to sneeze. Fluid filled with bacteria came streaming outta my nose. I'm glad, I have Tard. She's my greatest sponsorer for tissues for 3 yrs, and still counting.

I got a humongous pimple on my cheek.

Oh no, I seriously felt like crying. Not really over a pimple, but it's part of the main reason. My pimple just recovered and now 2 pimples popped at the same spot exactly. It's disastrous.

Short and snappy

It's been quite sometime since I went shopping with mum and sis. My dad hardly goes shopping with my mummy. Y' know, he's always busy-busy, just like a bee.

We had lunch at Xing Wang. Hell' no, I hate that place. To me, the food is awful. Eh eh, I'm not exagerating. It's horrible. I was really turned off when my mum wanted to have her lunch there. Suddenly, I suffered from serious mood swing.

I stared at the menu, flipped numerous times and got nothing on my mind eventually. So I just ordered prata. Haha, I was shocked that I actually ordered that. Well, there isn't much to order. Most probably, I'll just bear with it.

Sis was totally engrossed in her new i-phone.

Ok la, the prata. Mmm so-so. I think my ready made prata at home taste better. Haha.

Went shopping with mum at OG, followed by Robinson.

Oh ya, I bought her 2 pairs of shoes. She better wears it often else my heart gonna shatter. Haha, not cheap afterall. I mean, I don't even own a pair of such expensive shoes.

We had dinner at Cedele.

I had blueberry pancakes while sis had banana pancakes.

Well, I recommend you blueberry.

It's tastier.

We took a cab home.

An empty shell

Hi everyone,

I'm kind of emotional recently. I totally had no idea what's going on with me. All I know, I'm just an empty shell with no soul. It might be brought by stress or fatigue. I'm just being clueless right now. Basically, I don't see an objective in my current post. In fact, it's not meant to have any objective.

I just wanna type on and on despite not knowing what I'm typing.

I just checked and read through my tagboard (comment box) on the left thoroughly. I wanted to clarify some doubts, misunderstanding or even accusation towards my bff.

I just wanna say...

I really appreciate your comments, whether it's good or bad, supportive or disencouraging. Sometimes, I do value the emails or suggestions that had been given to me. I mean, some of you can really be nice friends, though I had never met you in my entire life.

But..

Some comments towards my bff might be alittle negative. I checked mails, but not tagboard. I was alittle upset when I realised how harsh your comments are/were. Ok, I do understand that the comments towards her doesnt involve me.

You can say, I just wanna protect my friend.

It's really too harsh at times, I hope you can be friendlier with your wordings. Y'know, people always says "It's better to make a new friend, and not an enemy." Smile, *teeth shines*

Though my friend said that she don't care about what ppl talks about her thick makeup blah blah blah.

I can tell, she's not very happy or satisfy with it. I'm just don't feel good if things continues that way. I don't wanna wait till the day she flare up before touching up things or stuffs like this.

Regarding issues like makeup, editing, photoshop, perfumes and topics etc; I might do post(s) on them.

Day 10 in Korea, Seoul (Part 2)

9th December 2010

They have an apiary and aviary in Seoul Zoo.

Anyway, the bus just happend to stop by.

No harm visiting right?

They really had a great varieties of insects.

I guess you won't be able to find most of them in Singapore.

They had interesting specimens. They would display chemicals for preservation. I'm kind of interested but to my disappointment, everything was in Korean language. It's so obvious, I could not read any.

Anyway, it's still worth walking and looking around.

Beetles were disgusting, but I found something worst.

It comes in different colours.

The ice was very slippery.

It's worst than walking on water. To be exact, we were walking on ice. I nearly slipped but gladly survived. Eh eh, I'm the survivor.

As for bf...

Not that lucky for him.

Being nasty and irritating, he nagged at me for walking slowly.

Actually, I'm not slow. I just wanna be safe than sorry.

I guess he had learnt a valuable lesson.

Off he slipped, grabbing on to my hand.

I grabbed tightly onto the railing.

I had no choice but to... LET GO.

Mmmm, I don't mean it. Just trying not to sacrifice the innocent party.

We watched The Tourist.

I really love their cinema.

They had a greater variety of popcorns.

Sooooooo many flavours.

We had some difficulty looking for theatre.

You got to really "picture" them out.

Their screen was slightly tilted. It's great, and we can rest our head comfortably without sitting upright.
