Congratulations...
Nah, it's not my cousin. It's my bestie's new born baby. You never know how cute she was, being small and giving her Daddy and Mummy lot's of unfinished work. Taking care of a baby can never been easy.
Just imagine...
What if she pee?
What if she poo?
What if she cries?
It's all the jobs of the parent. Well, i'm rather confident that the dad might take good care of the baby. As for the mum, erm....
Under training still...
Laiteng,
I'm so sorry that i couldn't attend the celebration. I've
bought you the gifts and really thought of going over when the symptoms strike
upon me. Therefore it's still better to be considerate isn't it so?
May you baby be blessed with everything's that' beautiful, richness and
good brainies.
Love you.
Jeanne
H1N1 threats
No matter how MOH tried to calm us down by mentioning how well the situation is being controlled, i doubt it helps. The more they hid the real truth, the more we panic. From what we've seen, it's obviously getting out of control.
Look at our school, Republic Polytechnic, the first case was generated from a student (from China). I was rather surprise when we received a webmail mentioning about this issue. I really think that he's being inconsiderate. He should have worn a mask and seek for medication before he comes in contact with the others. Furthermore, he has got symtoms which could be rather obvious.
Ever since the first case, it getting more each day especially from RP. Currently, there's a new record of 43 cases. I'm really dreadful about it especially when i thought of how's FYP and School Grades gonna be affected.
It's spread by air borne, therefore it's really hard to control within. But i seriously see not precautions being taken in school. It mades me paranoid when i got a little sore throat when it's not related to the case.
Well, everyone should have social responsibilities to self isolate or quarrantine if there's really symptoms shown during this period. Just look at USA and Hong Kong, about 50% or the people had been affected or quarrantine because of H1N1.
Even news mentioned that there might be a new H1N1 coming soon. Therefore people, do drink more water and be more self conscious to keep your life going. It's an important year, remember.

Breaking Free
After school, we went straight to town, seated down in the train watching weird stuffs going on just like the past. Teleporting weird and awful comment in the train and gossip as usual, you can never imagine how life was good for us.
We went shopping. As usual, the cheap and good price stuffs are gone almost. We only manage to get a Polo-like blouse which is 50% off from Mango. Not that bad, at least we manage to comb somthing out of it. We can't comb much too, need to saved up a little.
We went for Dim Sum at Chinatown. Woo, it's yummy and 1000 time better than Yum Cha. I brought Yann here. Directly, she knew that we've been conned by Yum Cha last time. 40 bucks cheated with nothing of quality but shit. Eews.
Let the pictures tell you more.
Basically, we're just born to be big eaters. Ok, both of us are rather tiny and we eat really lot. Right after Dim Sum, we went for Mango Snow Ice.
The Mango Snow Ice was really nice especially to people who tasted it before. Not to Yann and I ever since the Bangkok Trip. You guys can refer to the post where we were having the Mango Ice at Monster Ice. It's real damn nice with milk within.
Till today, Yann and I can't forget the taste. Drools~
This one does taste good and yummy. Do try it out (",)

Credits
( I guess my readers definitely thought i went mad for blogging this as it's totally not my style. But i have the urge too)
I seriously wanted to thank him for my trip to Australia. Nah, i did so after some knocking, comments, advises and critiques from friends. Not as in one or two, perhaps a chunk doing so.
People may think that i fork out money on my own to Australia. It's not the truth actually. The fact is that, he paid for my Air Fare, Accomodation and tour fees. In guilt, i only brought a total of SGD450 there. In this 450 bucks, 200 bucks came from him too. He provide my part of my shopping and personal enjoyment plus entertainment expenses.
I wanted to thank him not just because he brought me to a country i've never been to but...
I sincerely thank him for his hard work. In order to bring me to Australia, he slog like a cow. He can always reject OT, but he take them instead so as to earn a higher income. He cut down on his own expenses and told me not to work instead. Giving me part of his earning and bring me overseas.
Previously, he did the same thing. He slog hard and brought me to countries like Malaysia, HongKong (as he knew i like Disneyland yet couldn't afford to go USA at that time), Bangkok (a shopping paradise) and now, it's Australia.
It's really appreciated that i'm having a boyfriend who really dote on me that much, willing to work hard and let me enjoy a better life instead. I seriously can't imagine how he would thought of that when he's just 20. A young lad who is one year old younger than me.
This might happen on you before, but have you ever ask youself such questions:
Is it common?
Is it rare?
Do you deserve it?
It's ridiculous, but a fact.
Thank you.
Australia Day 6 & 7
Just imagined that we had always been living in our lies (sarcasm) by allowing the Tourism Board to brainwash about how fantastic Singapore is, and made us stupid to dump a great lump sum in to Underwaterworld or even Escape (which can't be compared like totally).
It's a great hell and i really don't like where i'm living in.
Well, let's get back to story. It's time to check out. Christopher was registering at the counter so that we could leave our baggage in safe hands. I was browsing around at the enviroment. Oh, it's so sad to say, the enviroment was really giving warm and gave me a stronger feel of staying. If weren't for winter sake, i might even go for a dip and maybe sauna just right beside the pool.
As usual, we waited to Door2Door to pick us up at the hotel just like every morning. Alright, i shall summarized alittle about where we were going. We are going to DreamWorld, and i believe it's gonna be fun with those exciting rides and animals that we could see in there.
WOW, the sky is as blue as ever and you could hardly have a chance to such sky in Singapore. Take a look, it's real blue isn't it?
Only Singapore has got those super light blue, oh no, i shall say pale blue colour. Totally doesn't turn my live on, and made me feel so sick.
As usual benefits given to tourist, we need not queue and there we go right in there.
Typical ang-moh style yeah?
I shall not elaborate further before you are really sick of my crap.
All these below are their shophouses, painted in different colours. Most of them are cafe or souvenirs shop though.
Look at that behind us (above). It's not any pirate ship that you thought might be similar to the one in escape. It will rotate 360 degree as it moves from left to right. Definitely, you might need a paper bag if you are those who can't take such giddy excitement.
Look at that, simple but scary.
I still remember that, i was around the waiting corner when it's about to get started off. A kid was yelling out at us, screaming and shouting to us "AHHHHHHHH...... I wanna peeeee..."
LOL, it's common though and she had no more chance to escape.
As super big bell (",)
Look at the picture below.
I'm so sorry that i blocked the view. It's meant for people to learn surfing. They have got strong waves enough to surf on top of it. Therefore you just need to bring along your swimsuit, and surf board could be rented over there. They will prompt you where to go, so that you could lie down and tried surfing on your own.
Their main purpose of this is to prevent more accident from happening. Just imagine, wouldn't it be more dangerous to serve in the big sea when you have got no knowledge about how to surf?
It's a damn creative idea and you could see Australians trying it out. Woohoo - it's cool (",)
We are at the Redline Section. I guess you saw the car at the entrance isn't it?
See below for more.
Let me briefly tell you about the charges.
Driver = AUD 20
Passenger = AUD 10
You must be wondering....
Ummn.. How come got passenger?
Ummn.. How come need payment?
Ummn.. How come there's differences in charges?
Aha!!! That's what the whole thing was about right below where you are reading. Just imagine how desperate that you had been throwing in coins for a Daytona Ride, it's totally uncomparable to this man.
After you saw this or even had a try on it, i doubt you ever want to play Daytona in those arcades flooded by lians and bengs. Isn't it true?
It's a real car. Actually and they disabled certain function. Therefore there's a stimulator right infront of the car. You will feel damn real just like you are speeding in a real car. By the way, it function 99% like a real maunal car.
Where did the 1% go?
It doesn't move on the spot since there's a stimulator right at the front.
It's super cool. If you were to move down a slope (stimulator), the car will tilt forward or backward.
Other than exciting rides, they even had wall climbing activities. Oh ya, i doubt you will ever go to Escape if you were to had a ride in any of their thrill rides. It's got them thrilling and weakens your heart eventually.
Woohoo, or should i say, after a ride, you will never go for a second in your life?
Perhaps, Maybe, Probably (",)
Nah, not sure what's below anyway.
Well, i remembered it's a vintage fire engine. Hahaha, putting out fire with such a tiny engine, that's how lifes went on before our current big fire engine. It doesn't really matter, based on my own perspective and opinions, fire engine were for show.
Since young, our "Good Citizen" always taught us to made a call when there's a fire. Even the book says, the fire engine will reached in 5 to 10 min. Nah, don't believe that crap, they might probably came in 30 min.
Well, maybe last or the previous year, there was this lady who wanted to commit suicide nearby my house. Someone made a call, and the ambulance came only after 45 min. Oh ya, forget to mention, the lady jump before the ambulance arrived.
Isn't it a tradegy?
I shall not define which case it was before i'm going to jail. But that's a fact that can't hide forevere. Oh well well well, out of topic again, i shall go back to my Australia story.
DID YOU SAW THAT? (above)
It's a tiger. Oh you must be thinking "Oh tiger, god damn tiger that you thought i might never seen it before."
Please, take a closer look, it's a super gigantic fat tiger. Perhaps you aren't there, so you might not know. Our tigers in Zoological Garden re mostly unactive and sleeping; oh even ungroomed.
I was really surprised when i saw these tigers, they are super well groom. From a glance, you could tell that they are showered oftenly. Even so, they are trained.
Oh yeah, we are watching a tiger show come. Dogs usually listen to command, i'm surprised when tiger could. They could made them run and go; or even leapped off the ground. Isn't it amazing?
Oh my god, they are times bigger than human.
Look at how tiny i was surrounded by ang moh.
Ah ma de, don't keep saying i'm short. I doubt you can surpassed them even if you are above 1.6m. Next, we went shopping and played with some souvenirs.
In the woods...
To me, Billabong is usually selling surf wear or tees. To my surprise, it's restaurant over here.
Have you heard of Billabong restaurant?
I doubt so. It's really super surprising to me.
They are selling stuffs like buffet. We did thought of trying it, but it's all fried fish fillet etc. Seriously, during the stay in Aussie, we tried alot of fried food. I doubt we can take it any more, therefore we went for something light instead.
Look at that below.
People always said that Singapore is a multi racial nation.
The picture below shows the true multi racial harmony. Wahahahahaha, i didn't know duck, eel and turtle could have gatherings and can communicate.
Next, we went for lunch. But we need to take Choo-choo train, as it's going to be a long walk.
It's boarding time. It's rather cute, they even state boarding time on the board beside the station.
Oh ya, it's very common for then to have such small little cafetaria area. This is where we gonna have our meal. Though we are sicked of fastfood, but still we can't escape from BREAD.
Oh, it's Kakadu Cafe.
Oh ya, this nugget aren't as small as you thought we usually had at Macdonald. It's twice the size of our usual nugget and the fries is 2 times thicker. WOW, the 2 of us couldn't even finish it, to think we added on the a sandwich.
Well, the ham within doesn't taste the same like Singapore. Theirs was so fresh that you could sense the taste of raw. I'm really not used to it. But the nugget taste HEAVENLY!!!
We waited for Crocodile show while eating at the cafeteria.
Nah.. it's till early for the show, therefore we went to see Wombat. Well, it just look like a bear to me, but the kids are going really hyper over it. I doubt it could be found in Singapore.
Finally the show starts. Honestly, it wasn't very interesting to me as they had been talking on an on about their characteristics. Well, they are most probably meant for kid. Look at the picture below, i can't imagine that the lizard not giving a damn about their life. It just sat right on top of the crocodile.
Why aren't the lizard afraid?
I had an answer to the question after some time.
Make a guess?
It probably doesn't taste good and not enough to fill the crocodile.
Let's proceed further.
I'm not sure what bilby is, but it seems to be some rabbit to me. Hahahah, but i doubt they are. I'm only aware that they are endangered animals. Therefore i hereby plead you hunters to let such cute little thing off.
It's some crocodile + lizard. Ahh... disgusting!!!
Alright fine fine, you must be sick of Kangaroos, but it's hard to avoid them, they are everywhere in Australia. I can seriously tell that they are happy Kangaroos. So well fed that they can be cocky at times. Read on for more.
Hohoho, looks like a dog right? Nah, it's fox.
Do you know what it mean?
Never to judge and ANIMAL by it's look, it could be deceiving (refering to *cough *cough)
Next, we trained to Australian Wildlife.
I shall let the picture elaborate more to you. A picture tells a thousand words.
The antique weighing machine.
Hohoho, it's Kangi time. I already mentioned that it's hard to escape from Kangaroos. Oh ya, these Kangaroos are well-protected. They are well fed. All the tourist would just grab a some dry food for them. It's seriously enjoyable and they have got attitude problem.
Christopher try to fed them, some of them were so full that they just walked off or jump out of their fence. Christopher ended up chasing them most of the time.
He finally got himself his own Kangi. Hahahahaha (",)
Seriously i'm still not closed with them.
Have you guys realised that i did maintain a distance?
I'm frightened that they might kick me off anytime, anywhere, any moment.
But seriously, we hardly get chances to be so near animals in Singapore. I mean seriously, we don't get to hug a Koala Bear or even pat the back of a Kangaroo in our own country. You really interact with these animals more if you get a chance to travel out of Singapore. Not trying to be sarcastic, even Bangkok is so much more fun than Singapore. Oh yeah, Hong Kong too and i really missed the food there. Oh my holy goodnesses (",)
We trained back to the main station and decided to set off back to Surfer Paradise earlier so that we get to walked around more. Oh yeah, a very nice tour guide took the photo for us. Thanks to her though i know she won't get a chance to log in.
Usually our buses in Singapore are air conditioned, they too. It's just that they seldom used it. Nah, they aren't stingy about the billings. The air was totally cool enough. With this tiny little opening makes me cold.
*Snuggle and Sleep*
Next we went for phototaking session. I'm not refering to my own camwhoring ones, but really those from the shop. The name of the shop is OLD TIME PHOTO. Oh well, i doubt you know much about it. Erm, how should i go about???
It's a Photography Shop which consist of the LARGEST RANGE OF OLD TIME COSTUMES. There's quite a few option given as below:
Victorian
Gangster
Western Saloon
Bar Girls & Cowboys
Roaring 20's (Shanghai style)
I did thought of Roaring 20's but i'm in Aussie instead of Shanghai, shouldn't i be trying something more locally instead of "Out of a circle".
Therefore i chose Victorian style.
Oh it's really sweet. I'm allowed to choose my own dress and my own hat for decoration purpose. The staff will assist me in changing since they need to tie the hoop on my waist. I'm not sure if i'm too tiny, the Hoop just kept falling off. The staff was giggling and made me felt so embarassed. I'm glad that it's not my pant that drop otherwise i shall not return. *Can't face people, hahahaha (just kidding)
There's something i feel shy about, i got to undressed infront of the staff. This is because the dress can't be worn by myself, i need someone to really tie it tight on my back. Though it's common down there, i still feel shy. Oops, let's skipped this topic.
It's just so fun there. The staff would put on necklace for me and adjust my gesture. Oh yeah, i only printed out one copy as it's 70 bucks per print, otherwise i would have printed all the others. Anyway this 70 bucks was damn worth it as you can have fun during the photo-taking.
They would gave me book, or an umbrella etc. Oh ya, there was one point they told me to look at my bf. It's so weird and embarassing that both of our face just went out of shape on that particular picture.
Wahahahahahaha (",) It's really so hillarious that the staff couldn't help laughing out loud. Some of the passerby even took a shot of us in that dressing. I guess you wanted to see the picture. No problem, read on and you shall see.
We went to their arcade, i guess everyone knows about the Deal or No Deal program, it's right down there and you can play it on the spot. Doesn't that sounds interesting to you. Most of their games were stimulator. Oh yeah, if you enjoy shooting, you might like the arcade there. Quite sorry that not many photos taken from there since they don't allow photography.
While waiting for the photos to be ready, we went to the beach. Yesh, it's the famous beach and they named it Surfer Paradise. During a chat, we learnt that it was named something else in the past.
It's famous for having strong waves and good for surfer. We were there around 4pm, but if you were there around 1pm or in the morning around 5am, you will see the sand glowing in gold colour.
It's really beautiful. I always thought the sand in East Coast Park was fine enough till i'm here. I'm proven to be wrong. I doubt you have got any idea how fine the sand was. I left my bag on the sandy beach for less than 5 min, i neither touch it or tample with it. Right after that, it was filled with sand. Even the pocket of my bag, i seriously had got no idea how the sand went into my bag and i had a hard time cleaning it.
The sky must be beautiful to you too. See pictures for more then.
The beach was unlike ours, it's 20 times more spacious. Just like what i've mention in my previous post, if you were to walk on our beach for 2 m (at where the waves end), the water level would be around your waist area.
For this, after a 3m walk, it might be around your ankle only. It's amazing and their water is really clean. Well, not branches, no litters, no corpse of animal (in Zhiyan's blog).
Thanks to Zhiyan's blog, i swear not to touch water of ECP ever again.
It's really beautiful and i swear to be back again. I really envy those resident who stay right beside the beach. It's awesome!!!
We had a hard time clearing out feet with sand. We stupidly went in search for toilet and use tissue to clean it when there's a tap right beside us. *Silly us*
It's time for photo collection therefore we took a photo outside this shop for some memory and references purpose just incase you people might be going there someday. This help you to recognised the place alot better.
That's right!!! It's our photo, isn't it special.
You might thought it's a 4R picture. Nah, it's 8R mounted as well.
Christopher just love Hungry Jack. Seriously, it's nice especially when you ordered the biggest burger. It's really god damn yummy when half of the burger is still bigger than our local ones.
We went to walked around and had our last roaming chance in Aussie before we went back getting our baggage to the hotel lobby. Well, we waited for a while before the bus arrive. I'm super sad to leave this place.
NONONO!!! I DON'T WANNA RETURN!!!
On the bus, Chris was irritated by my nuisance. Oh ya, for you people knowledge, i can be a nuisance at times ( yann knew it too). But it just seems to be unbelievable to everyone when i mentioned how attention seeking i am. Oh ya, i'm a pro in it even Yann agreed to it. Do seek for more tactics from me, perhaps it could be really useful in future and i guarantee it can be never boring. Oh no, how can i advertised myself so badly...
Just kidding, let's get back to topic.
Me being a nuisance kept wanting to extend the trip. Chris reccomend me to cough and sneeze at the airport so that i could be quarrantine there or maybe even better; at Las Vegas too. Being a nuisance, i can't really stop my nuisance from continuing.
Upon reaching the air port, i started coughing and sneezeing seriously till Chris tell me this below:
"I tell you huh, u better stop"
" You can quarrantine yourself here, don infect me"
Wahahaha he reccomend me so and yet he's frightened.
Oh yeah, that's our air ticket. We were discussing who to take the window seat when Christopher's name was called out. OH MY GOODNESS, we were given a free upgrade. We paid less than 500 bucks for the return air fare and yet they gave us an upgrade to Business Class which cost 2000 over bucks.
It's a super deal.
The services and quality was really different, i'm sure for that.
For my current seating, we could lie down 180 degree flat with a 2 times bigger screen and better blanket. Even the headset for business class was 10 times better quality and bigger. It was really comfy and we get our choice of food every now and then.
We even had a privacy screen. You can push button for it to block one another side by side. Oh it's really interesting and Chris blocked me for the whole journey.
Great!!!
The chair even had massage functions, mama-mia.
Chris had big breakfast while i had pancakes for my breakfast. He even had some wine on the plane. It's so comfy that 6 hours passed like lightning.
We alight from plane and didn't went to collect our baggage immediately. We went DFS for a walk. Before i board the plane at Aussie, i sawa Salvatoe Feragamo wallet which cost about SGD600 and i just can't bear to buy such expensive stuff. Chris insist that he pay but i rejected it as it's not worth it.
I was rather surprise to see it cost 800 bucks in Singapore DFS. Worst of all, can you imagine Charles and Keith is in terminal 1. It's ridiculous.
Next, we went Gucci and Chris bought me a new wallet. Thanks to him. Muahahahaha...
We happily went Lost & Found to collect our luggage.
Straight to Teng's house next. Shall blog more!!!
Stay tune to my stories.
