Distance craves

Pressures do come about in often. Just take a look at our day, 2 UT in a day is killing man. To my surprise, we still got mood for breakfast. Oh, i don't mean mood actually because Yann is forced. I blackmail her using my own method, its inside secret.

We are two oldies having breakfast at ToastBox before reaching out next destination at W3.

Our first UT began at 8.30 am and the last one ended at 3pm. Off we go in 168 which is one of our new discovery. It's the fastest route to IKEA which took about half an our. I still remember how Zhiyan, Lai yan and I took the longest routes by switching trains for 1hour plus in the past.

I guess, we'll get to enjoy IKEA fantastic meal in future.

Silly us board the bus without knowing where to stop. Fortunately, we met Rahzia and Jasmine (Yann's classmate) on board. They told us that we gonna stop right infront withouttransfer. It sounds pretty great to us.

Self timer is essential and important to us. A group of girls took our greatest spot for quite sometime before we invade it.

Locker in sight.

This time round, we are smart enough to put our heavy melons into locker. It's just 1 buck and we feel lighter after that. Troubles came upon pulling out key in process. We had a hard time triggering with key and the coins.

Anyway, it was meal time. Lunch with dinner, a perfect combination. Ikea card member was entitled to discounts, but not for our selected dishes except the salmon.

Everything was perfect except for the chicken wings. We had not been visiting IKEA for quite a period, they seems to purchase their chicken wings from another company currently. In the past, the chicken wings were always cripsy and the tender meat was always stuck on tooth.

The new ones are crispy too and reduced the food stuck onto teeth, but the meat was not as tender as before. Really sad about the drop in standard.

We did roam around IKEA and explore GIANT in search of pyjamas but in vain. See pictures for more.

Next, we took a wrong shuttle bus to bedok. In fact, we could have taken the one which travel to Tampines, but we board the Bedok on in panic. Anyway, we still made our way to Tampines One. Well, Yann commented that there's nothing much over there. Oh yeah, it's true. It's seriously not our shopping spot.

Upon returning home, we wanted to get bubble tea. Yann even spotted an uncle holding on the Sweet Talk cup. But we gave up the findings and bought bottle drinks. Ten steps later, we spot the stall. Alright, fine fine fine. Jinxes back again.
